Delete Online Account

If you wish to delete your online account, you may do so by calling us at 1-800-732-8939 or emailing us at LifeCustomerService@nationallife.com (life customers) or service@nationallife.com (annuity customers). Deleting your online account will not impact any policy or payment settings, however you will no longer have access to your policies through the mobile app or the National Life web portal.
