NLGroup University - To help employees be successful, both personally and professionally, we offer a variety of training courses which include core technology training, employee and leadership development, financial planning and wellness lunch and learn sessions. Classes are held in Montpelier and Dallas, with some classes being offered online via WebEx or eLearning for our numerous off-site employees.
Tuition Reimbursement Program - For employees to improve skills and education needed in present jobs and to prepare for positions of greater responsibility. The program covers any undergraduate or graduate courses offered by an accredited college, university or school.
LOMA - Employees are encouraged to participate in courses from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA), which offers insurance and financial services industry education. Programs are offered for customer service, annuities, reinsurance, compliance, agency administration and more. By completing designated courses, employees may earn several LOMA designations.
