While we provide a wealth of pre-approved content, that you can share from our corporate and Do Good. Be Good. Make Good. accounts, it's important to learn how to compliantly create content. Custom content that comes from you helps humanize your brand and sees great engagement. Please note that you can only create your own content if it is non-business related, such as a "happy birthday" or "congratulations" post.

How Do I Share a Post?

To share a post on Facebook, click the Share button at the bottom of the post.

Find our Campaigns, a bucket of posts dedicated to a certain topic or subject, housed under our Facebook Photo Albums.

To share a post on Twitter, use the Retweet button at the bottom of the post.

To share a post on LinkedIn, use the Share button at the bottom of the post.

Sharing from Instagram requires a few more steps, but don’t worry; it’s still easy! Sharing isn’t allowed directly from the Instagram app, so you’ll need to download the Repost for Instagram app in the App or Google Play Store. There are other apps that you will allow you do this same function if you prefer a different one.

Once you have that downloaded, you’ll want to go back to the Instagram app and find a photo from the Do Good. Be Good. Make Good or the National Life page that you want to share. Tap the photo to see it in full view. You’ll then click on the three dots in the upper right corner, and choose Copy Share URL.

Then, open the Repost for Instagram app and that post will automatically be copied on the app homepage. Tap the arrow on the right hand side of the post, and then tap repost. Then, tap copy to Instagram where you can add edit the post if you wish. Then follow Instagram’s prompts to finish the post.

MAKE CONNECTIONS + Stay Engaged

It’s important to make sure to grow your followership on all approved social networks where you have a presence. Make sure to only pursue meaningful connections and be sure to ask clients, potential clients, and other business partners to follow your social presence whenever you’re able.

Expand Your Audience

Be sure to publicize your social profiles to build awareness and elicit followers. Get in the habit of connecting with your business connections and clients after you meet.

Promote Your Community

Follow local businesses, community groups, news, or other organizations to keep in touch and improve visibility. Visiting a local business or volunteering? Share your experiences and tag them.

Stay Engaged

Be sure to spend time engaging with content from your followers wherever it's compliant, especially when they share important life updates. Be sure to respond to those who message you or comment on your content.

Do Your Research

Social isn’t just great for making connections and sharing content with your audience, it’s also great for remaining informed and keeping up to date with clients, prospective clients, or general news and trends. Peruse profiles of prospect clients on LinkedIn for valuable intel.
