- Self-service tasks that eat up your time like updating contact information and adding bank information.
- Access to policy information – meaning the conversations you have with clients won’t be service-oriented but rather focused on strategy and meaningful topics – increasing your chances of uncovering upsell opportunities
- Ability to refer you in the app
For those Clients who may not be smartphone users, they can still perform these tasks on the Customer Portal. Just point them to nationallife.com/register to create their online account or leverage these marketing resources to encourage their adoption.
