National Life Group Community Outreach

From time to time, National Life Group finds itself with excess furniture and office equipment. We try to reduce our environmental footprint by passing along items we no longer need to non-profits that may be able to utilize them. When items become available we move them along promptly, so it is good for us to be aware of your needs in advance. Please email Martha Trombley Oakes: mtrombleyoakes@nationallife.com with your request for donated office equipment, furniture, etc. We will acknowledge receipt of your emailed request and keep it on file for one year. Unfortunately we are unable to predict what type of excess items may become available, however, we will contact you promptly if and when a match of need and item arise.

On occasion computers are also available for donation. The specs for the 2009 computers are below. Keep in mind they will not come with an operating system. If you’re interested please email mtrombleyoakes@nationallife.com.

GX280 Desktops are 3.0Ghz Intel Pentium 4, 1.0Gb memory, 40Gb hard drive.

They come with a Keyboard, Mouse and power cord.

D410 Laptop – 1.8 GHz Intel Centrino, 1.0Gb memory, 40Gb hard drive.

A full set will include the following:

1 – D410 Laptop w/Extended life battery
1 – Docking station w/CDRW DVD Rom drive
1 – External Drive Bay w/CDRW DVD Rom drive
1 – Diskette drive
1 – Extended life battery
2 – Power supply adapters (1 for the laptop the other for the docking station).
1 – External Keyboard
1 – External Optical Mouse
