National Life Group continues to shine during these unsteady times.

Comdex recently published an increase in National Life Insurance Company and Life Insurance Company of the Southwest’s financial strength ranking to 81 from the 2008 ranking of 79.

According to Ebix, the publisher of Comdex: "The composite index, Comdex, is the average percentile ranking of all of the ratings received by a company. The Comdex indicates on a scale of 1 to 100 where the company ranks among 1,100 companies that have been rated. The Comdex is the percentage of companies that are rated lower than this company."

This ranking increase is due to the strength of NLGroup’s industry ratings and our continued financial stability. It is also likely impacted as a result of the downgrades of ratings of other companies on account of the recent industry turbulence.
