National Life Group Community Outreach
National Life Group has a variety of meeting spaces on our Montpelier, Vermont campus: 300 seat cafeteria, medium and small meeting
rooms and a furnished guest house. If not already reserved for National Life Group business use, these meeting spaces can be used free of charge for
off site meetings, Board retreats or other related needs once each year by your non-profit. Please note that our cafeteria and meeting rooms are
available during non-business hours, times other than 8:00am - 5:00 pm. Available spaces include:
- 300 seat cafeteria
- Meeting room that seats 60
- Meeting room that seats 30
- Guest House:
- Dining room with table and chairs for 50
- Living room that seats 25
- Large private backyard
Note: Food and beverage requests must be ordered through New England Culinary Institute (NECI), which provides food service on the National Life campus.
When requesting use of National Life Group meeting space please specify:
- Which space, date and specific time of day, including set-up, that is needed
- Name and address of your organization and name and email of contact person
- Type of event being planned and number of people likely to attend
- Type and timing of food and beverage service which will be forwarded to NECI.
We are happy to share our facilities with non-profits and will work with you to ensure a good meeting. To request donated meeting space please

much notice as possible.
