Our company highly values community and the environment. We offer a variety of benefits that are far from common. For instance, each employee receives up to 40 hours of paid volunteer time, and the company provides incentives for employees to use alternate forms of transportation, such as gas cards for car poolers and preferred parking for fuel efficient vehicles.

At our corporate headquarters in Montpelier, we provide additional amenities, such as onsite fitness facilities, near-site day care, a lactation room, and a cafeteria run by the award-winning New England Culinary Institute.
Balance in our Dallas office comes in a variety of ways. We have an employee committee that is focused on providing employees with monthly celebrations for birthdays and employment anniversaries. In addition, our employee committee supports our community. We select a non-profit organization once a quarter and donate dollars received from Dallas employees to the organization. The employee committee also hosts customer service week and a number of other exciting events throughout the year.
