Clara Sierra To Join Sentinel Financial Services Company
As Executive Vice President and Head of Dealer Relations

(March 20, 2007) Montpelier, VT — Sentinel Financial Services Company announced that Clara Sierra has been named Executive Vice
President and Director of Dealer Relations for Sentinel Financial Services Company. Her responsibilities will include directing and managing Sentinel’s
national accounts strategy. Sentinel Financial Services Company distributes the Sentinel Funds and is a member of National Life Group.

Asset Management, Inc. “She will be joining the company at a time of significant growth and change. Her experience as a driving and successful executive

and Clara will be taking the lead in building and strengthening key broker/dealer relationships along with her team of seasoned key account managers.”

Sierra has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Sentinel, Sierra served as Senior
Vice President and Director of Investment Advisory Services and Marketing at AIG Advisor Group. She began her career with Alliance Capital Management in
1990 and served in a number of key positions, including three years as Vice President and National Account Manager. Sierra earned her B.S. in Business
Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
