Celebrating 160 Years

On Nov. 13, 1848, the Vermont Legislature passed An Act to Incorporate the National Life Insurance Company.

To mark the 160th anniversary of that charter, employees of National Life Group and community leaders gathered at the Montpelier headquarters for an evening of celebration.

As part of the anniversary celebration we re-created the first office of National Life Insurance Co., complete with items from the original office. Click here for a video look at the office.
